It will be checked every hour during our working time and will be replied as soon as we get your reply. European guests may get reply the next day due to the continental time difference. Please include your phone number in case we need to inform you about changes/updates.
　2. In your email, please let us know, if possible, from which city you will travel to Sanya or Haikou, and then to where you will travel to. This I s quite important , as there is a big difference between the one-way air-tickets and round trip tickets. If you have a preferred hotel, please let us know. If not, you may tell us your requirement or your budget so that we could recommend you a nice resort.

　3. With the information we get from you, we will offer you a good deal. Hotel + air package will have the flight information. Normally a package is for two person sharing one room.

　4.If you could accept our offer, please email us your full names, passport No. For international flights, your nationality and date of birth is also required by the airlines.

　5.We will book the hotels and flights and send you a confirmation asking your guarantee by your credit card. There will a minor change on the package as the airlines confirm their offer only after we send them the full guests information. Sometimes, it is more, sometimes, it is less. Your booking is guaranteed by your credit card. Please pay us cash when you arrive in Sanya. If you wish to pay by credit card, we will pick up you at your hotel and go to the local bank of China to settle the payment. Then Bank of China will charge 3 % on the total package as transaction fee. But it takes long time to get cash form you credit cad. So we suggest that you prepare cash and pay us upon arrival.

　6. Please print out our confirmation and fax back to us at 0086-898-31899673 for the safety of your credit card information.

　7. For most domestic flights, we could arrange E-tickets which you will pick up at airport on the departure day by showing your passport. If not, we could arrange delivery to your home, office or hotel.

　8. We will welcome you at Sanya Airport holding a board with our logo and your name. We prepare local information with some brochures and English map with Chinese. Please pay us cash when you arrive in Sanya. If you wish to pay by credit card, we will pick up you at your hotel and go to the local bank of China to settle the payment.
